I have used Columbine twice now and have been very pleased on both occasions, this second time especially. Our 7 year old washing machine had stopped working so we didn't want to put too much into a repair. Shawn understood this and was very thorough on his diagnosis of the issue which turned out to be a $400 part plus labor. Shawn didn't try to make the sale or push me towards a repair. I thanked Shawn for his time and diligence, paid the service fee, and now I will begin my search for a new washer. You're a great company Columbine, and I'll be happy to refer you to my friends and neighbors.
