Shawn fixed my broken defroster in my refrigerator. He than looked at my clothes dryer and found I needed a new thermostat. He ordered one. When he came at 3:30 PM to fix it yesterday he noticed I also had one of my two heaters broken. He fixed that too. He was fabulous! I liked his professional approach to my problems! Thanks a lot Columbine!
