I called Columbine to run a diagnostic on my failing refrigerator. Their service rep, Shawn, arrived within the 2 hour time frame. He was clean-cut, friendly, personable and professional. While he did not have the opportunity to deliver good news about my fridge, he was able to describe my problem in a manner that was respectful and did a great job explaining the problem to include a demonstration on how the compressor had failed. Columbine's dispatcher was also friendly and helpful, calling me when a closer appointment became available. I appreciated Columbine's coupon to a local appliance outlet for a new fridge and a service warranty from Columbine. Overall, a great experience because of their attention to high quality service.
