Matt came out to repair our oven. He arrived with the necessary parts given the description of the problem. after the new parts were installed, he discovered the control board also needed to be replaced. He contacted the shop, got the control board and returned to our house the same day. We appreciate him going above expectations to help us have a functioning oven again.
