I want to take this opportunity to thank Ryan from the Erie Office personally for all that he has done for me . The day we received the Whirlpool refrigerator we had bought from the Louisville Home Depot , we started the family journey from hospitals to burial. To not have a brand new refrigerator that worked correctly was more stress than I could handle. Not having a refrigerator that worked as our company gathered for final arrangements was unthinkable! Having the Ryan as our technician was the best thing that could happen to us at one of the worst times for us. His professionalism, communication , work ethic, and courtesy towards me was amazing! He understood the situation and without hesitation devoted many hours and days to make things right for us. Ryan"s due diligence paid off in that Whirlpool expedited our replacement. I truly believe that if he had not worked so hard to help us, spending well over 20 hours to research solutions, we would still be looking at not getting a working product. Nowadays it is harder to find those employees who are hard working and willing to go the extra mile. Columbine Appliance needs to know that Ryan went above and beyond to help us out and make things right , while having the compassion to understand the stress of our personal situation. His professionalism and work ethic was what I greatly appreciated the most and honestly needed. Gabby and Nicole were also amazing! Knowing my situation, they kept in constant communication and scheduled my services as soon as parts came in. When Whirlpool finally agreed to replace my refrigerator, Gabby kept my file open and checked in weekly until the replacement arrived. I could not have asked for better people to work with.
