The technician dispatched, Eric, was knowledgeable, quick, and polite. I was impressed with the entire service process. Eric was able quickly pinpoint two seperate service issues with my Fisher-Paykel diswasher. It was my good fortune that he had the proper parts and installed them with no delay. Eric also took some time to thoroughly test the newly repaired appliance and was quite personable and easy to talk to. I have had two very pleasant experiences with Columbine Appliance and will gladly call again with any future needs.
