Matt was the absolute best..he was personable and friendly, explained the problem clearly, fixed my dryer issue quickly and efficiently, reviewed columbine's warranty program, and put everything he moved and took apart back where it belonged. He also answered all my questions. I hope nothing breaks for a while but if it does I won't hesitate to call Columbine and hope it's something Matt can fix! Thanks again Matt!
