Andrew was very knowledgeable with our issues. He clearly explained why he was unable to repair our icemaker due to the harness issues and we would either need to replace the door or get a new refrigerator. He checked and unfortunately a replacement door was no longer available probably due to the age, I’m guessing. He explained the pros and cons of different brands and features to help us decide what to look for in our next refrigerator. He represents Columbine Appliance VERY well!
