We had a LOUD screeching noise coming from our dryer when we turned it on. We tried to put fewer clothes in, and nothing we did helped. Columbine was highly recommend to us by a friend so I called. They sent a guy to our house that day to see what was wrong and to fix it if he could. It was a ball bearing that had to be ordered. He was able to come back and fix it 2 days later. So efficient and knowledgeable. I will recommend Columbine Appliance to everyone I know. Thank you for your service.
