Jorge came to my house yesterday to see about the intermittent loud noise my new KitchenAid refrigerator was making. Of course, the refer would not cooperate. However, I appreciated so much that Jorge did not treat my complaint lightly. He was determined to satisfy himself, and me, that everything was okay. After a lot of investigation and trying to replicate what I had heard, he found the problem and solved it. I just wanted you to know what a credit he is to your company.
