Columbine's Chris Bannister came out to my house to fix a "no cool" refrigerator which was a Kitchenaid unit. From the first call to seeing the expertise of Chris diagnosis my frig, I knew I was in good hands. They were prompt and honest and seemed to care about the affects of a down refrigerator. I recommend this company and Chris Bannister highly.
