Pete is amazing. He was able to fix the Dishwasher with only a service call. The fireplace needed a part, but Pete replaced the part, and reconfigured our gas fireplace (logs, material under the logs, etc.) and now the fireplace actually warms the room. The Washing Machine was a bit more difficult. Pete actually took it back to the shop, and (after extensive calls to the factory reps) was able to figure out there were multiple, simultaneous failures. Pete fixed it and brought it back to us for about the originally quoted price. We have been very pleased to find such great appliance services! Thank you Pete!
