We have relied on Columbine Appliance for most of the 50 years we have lived in Boulder and they are always reliable. Last week the flame in our fireplace insert began inexplicably shutting off within 5 minutes of startup. Jorge arrived within 4 hours of our request for service, dismantled much of the insert, cleaned it, and following some hokas pokas which of course we did not understand, the insert is back to working perfectly and looks like a new unit. The fee was reasonable. Jorge was very professional.
