At 84 little mishaps in life seem big before they are resolved; yesterday my mishap with an injured dryer to my surprise turned out to be a good experience. Drew the service young man, well at my age young covers many or most people, arrived 15 minutes early, and with a smile and arms full of equipment he knew would use, climbed the 13 steps to the broken dryer. I stay downstairs and listen to the noise and told myself, "well I can do without a dryer, my mother hung her clothes out to dry!" In less than an hour, Drew is descending the stairs, "Well it is all fixed," he says with a smile. I did not know "young" guys could be so professional, Drew can! Thank Colubmine you did it well!
