Excellent Customer Care! This is a rental property, Columbine worked with my tenant for service day and time. I talked with Trish who was VERY pleasant, professional, and accommodating and advised the Service Call fee $124. After the service call, Ermin called to explain the control panel went bad and there was no replacement--understandable purchasing in 2004. Ermin was upfront and honest. Even though Columbine Appliance does not sell replacement appliances, Ermin suggested businesses purchase new ones. Both employees are truly an asset to Columbine Appliance & Fireplaces with their individual Customer Care.
